Refund and cancellation policy

Estimate Followup Pro is a monthly self-serve digital membership. Members can cancel future renewals at any time.

Cancellations

Cancel through the Stripe customer portal if available from your receipt or email support@estimatefollowup.com from the purchase email address. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund past billing periods.

Refunds

Because the product contains digital files, scripts, calculators, and templates, payments are generally non-refundable after access has been provided. Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, billing errors, or cases required by law.

No revenue guarantee

Examples and calculators are educational estimates. Estimate Followup does not guarantee extra revenue, booked jobs, lead volume, or close rates.
