Estimate Followup was founded in Vancouver, WA by John Dixen to solve a practical contractor problem: good leads and paid-for estimates were slipping away because follow-up was scattered, slow, or buried in spreadsheets.
The company is focused on simple, useful software for roofing, HVAC, and Plumbing teams that need cleaner follow-up, clearer schedules, and less revenue left sitting in the pipeline.
